DOVAfrica is currently engaged in projects in Port Harcourt, Nigeria and is currently examining the feasibility of setting up several projects in Liberia.

DOVAfrica has been alerted that the need for an Education/Training center in Liberia is great, due to the years of civil strife that engulfed Liberia. DOVAfrica is therefore willing to work with other NGO partners to set up the Liberian center with immediate urgency.

Port Harcourt, Nigeria (City College site expansion project)

DOVAfrica is working with City College, in Port Harcourt, Nigeria on a site expansion project. City College is a Nigerian government approved school accredited for the WAEC and NECO examinations.

For over 20 years, City College has worked as an education center for inner city kids. City College's current site is over-stretched and is in dire need of expansion. City College has obtained a 4 plot site and is working towards building a new and improved facility.

DOVAfrica is working with City College, Port Harcourt, Nigeria to achieve this worthwhile goal.

Text Book Project

DOVAfrica has recently stepped up an effort to supply text books, in particular, Medical books. Professionals in Nigeria, are frequently kept out of the loop of the latest innovations and technologies. Donations of "newused" text books and journals will be forwarded on to these professionals.

Monrovia, Liberia

DOVAfrica will be working with Providence Mission Faith Center, Inc. (PMFC) to set up an Education program for youths in Monrovia.

DOVAfrica has now recruited staff in Liberia to assist in meeting our goal of setting up the educational program.

Port Harcourt, Nigeria (EPEC)

DOVAfrica is working in conjunction with Nigerian based EPEC on various environmental projects that effect the Niger/Delta Region of Nigeria.

DOVAfrica is currently assisting EPEC in setting up field trips and seminars to raise awareness of the devastating impact of the neglect of the Niger/Deltan environment.

Port Harcourt, Nigeria (K-Tech Computers)

DOVA has worked with Nigerian based K-Tech Computers' training center in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, to provide subsidized spaces for girls and women.

A Feasibility study on further information technology projects in Port Harcourt, and surrounding areas, is currently underway.
